How we deliver every project.

Same playbook on a 4-storey walk-up or a 51-storey tower.

    Pre-handover walkthrough

    We walk every floor with the site superintendent to confirm scope, sequencing, and access.

  2. 02

    Phased deep clean

    Crews work building-up: parking, back-of-house, residential floors, amenities, lobbies — in handover order.

  3. 03

    QA punch list

    Our supervisors do a unit-by-unit punch with photo documentation before any developer review.

  4. 04

    Developer sign-off

    We attend the final walk with your PM and resolve every deficiency on the spot.
